Fast and cost effective delivery of your order is important to us.

As soon as we receive your order it will be processed and as soon as payment is confirmed we will package and ship the goods to you using one of our delivery services.

We check for orders regularly and we are notified as soon as your order is placed.

Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays may be processed on these days but are generally processed first thing Monday morning.

Postage and packing is calculated at the checkout stage of the purchase and will be displayed to you before you send your order.

It is an offence to sell or supply to or to obtain liquor on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years.

Availability

If you happen to order a bottle or case of wine that we have run out of we will contact you and offer to replace your wine order with the same wine but from a different vintage.

Prices & Payment

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods & Services Tax (GST).

Credit Card Security

Tallavera Grove does not store any credit card information you may enter. All orders are processed via a secure, electronic payment gateway immediately when you submit your order.

Delivery Charges

Please allow 1 to 6 working days for delivery within the Sydney metropolitan area.

Outside of the Sydney metropolitan area, depending on the delivery destination, please allow 5 to 10 working days for delivery to other areas of Australia.

Delivery Instructions

Wine cannot be delivered to PO Boxes as the driver requires a signature as proof of delivery

When your wine is delivered please ensure there will be someone over the age of 18 years (required by law) to accept your delivery

Refunds and Returns

We take great pride in the quality of Tallavera Grove products, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase we will assist you with a refund or exchange.  

A returned item purchased on-line must be returned within 14 days of order date.  Please call us on the details below to organise a return method. Refunds will be credited against your original method of purchase, excluding delivery charges.
