Tallavera Grove

One particular vineyard, Tallavera Grove, has been providing fruit for trophy winning wines for some of the Hunter's most successful wineries for the past 10 years.  Now, the pick of this vineyard is being marketed under the Tallavera Grove Hunter Valley label and made available to its own customers.

Made by Luke Watson, Tallavera Grove produces a range of wines from selected parcels of fruit from not only the Hunter Valley, but also the areas best suited to particular varieties.  This allows Tallavera Grove to provide the highest possible wine quality across our whole range of wines inclluding Chardonnay,  Semillon, Verdelho, Shiraz and Cabernet.

Exciting new  Italian varietals Vermentino, Sagrantino, and Negra Amarro are currently being trialled and will be offered to our customers through our Cellar Door and Wine Club.  Further information coming shortly.

Jokers Peak

Joker's Peak is the name of our Orange vineyard which is situated on the slopes of Mt Canobolas at an altitude of 800m

Orange is the highest cool climate wine region in Australia and is fast becoming one of Australia's premium wine growing regions.  The topography and the soils of the region are dominated by the extinct volcano Mt Canobolas  which produces deep red basaltic clay and loams ideal for grape growing.

The area is renowned for its production of fresh intensely flavoured wines such as Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc as well as delicate Rose  Exceptional red wines are being produced from Cabarnet Sauvignon, Shiraz and Merlot and are characterised by deep rich colours and lifted fragrant bouquets.

Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Rose, Shiraz and Cabernet Merlot.
