
The Chef, The Winemaker, and a Table for 10 - Lunch Series

Robert Molines from the chefs hatted alfresco dining venue -
Bistro Molines, will host a series of intimate lunches for a
private table of 10 guests to celebrate Hunter Valley Wine &
Food Month. Every Saturday in June and the first Saturday in July,
a winemaker from one of Mount View's acclaimed boutique wineries
will host the table, while Robert or co-chef Lesley Taylor engage
in casual conversation with the guests, as mouth-watering cuisine
is prepared and served at the table.
Canapés followed by a 4 course lunch will be matched by fine
wines especially selected by the winemaker of the day;
participating wineries starting on June 05 onwards are; Mount View
Estate, Briar Ridge Vineyard, Saddlers Creek, Petersons with
Savannah Estate and Tallavera Grove Vineyard (3rd July,
2010).
This is a very special wine and food experience at a stunning
location and would be perfect for a group of friends or work
colleagues. Cost is $125pp - all inclusive or a complete booking of
10 is $120 pp and bookings are essential.
An eclectic mix of self contained accommodation is nearby giving
guests the opportunity to take time out and enjoy a weekend in Wine
Country. Mount View is just 2 hours from Sydney CBD or less than 1
hour from Newcastle and the Central Coast.
